Emerson Martinez
Owner/Founder
Emerson has had the vision of running a service-oriented, highly organized and successful insurance and accounting agency for over 20 years. Originally from Westbury, NY (Long Island), Emerson worked for insurance companies and has grown up with the entrepreneurial spirit. Emerson now runs his highly successful Insurance/accounting company with his wife, Ivy and they set themselves apart with service and the ability to also cater to the Hispanic community with integrity and quality. Emerson is licensed in insurance in South Carolina, Georgia, New York, and Florida.
Ivy Martinez
Office Manager
Born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Long Island, Ivy joined her husband Emerson in their family business in August of 2019. Ivy handles Accounts payable/receivable and the Human Resources department. She is also a SC notary public which gives her the ability to assist clients in elaboration, translations, and legalizing documents. She has her Tax Preparer ID Number (PTIN) which gives her the ability to help prepare individual taxes.
Fiama Ramos
Customer Service
Fiama is Protector’s talented and hardworking receptionist. She has been a great addition to our team since October of 2020 . When you arrive, you will see the wonderful smile and her passion to serve you. She works on customer service and insurance quotes and support.
Myriam Andrade
Accountant
Myriam joined Protector in February 2018 and holds the position of Senior Accountant as a graduate of USCB with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and concentration in Management and Accounting. She has many years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll services and taxes. She loves the challenge of resolving issues for her clients and obtaining a positive final result, being diligent with people’s jobs, and totally trustworthy.
Angie Zuniga
Office Assistant
Angie is multi talented and has the amazing skill to assist both the accounting and the insurance team. Angie is currently earning her insurance license and shortly will be able to assist our clientele as well. Her customer support is another reason we offer such service to our customers.

When Protector Insurance works with clients, we implement a three-step process to create the best priced, most comprehensive insurance program possible. We want to provide the right coverage for our clients needs and budget.
The first Protector Insurance step is to review any existing coverages. This is an important step in the process of designing our personalized insurance package.

Protector Insurance then, will gather the information about your home, personal belongings, and vehicles.

Our main goal is to make sure that none of our clients learn about this in a time of loss, especially after a major loss.
In our last step, we start the process of creating your personalized insurance program. It is during this critical step, that we provide you with tailored quotes that are designed to meet you specific insurance needs.
